Why a withdrawal request was rejected

Last updated

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout, and occasionally a request is rejected rather than approved. This article covers the most common reasons and what to do next.

Incorrect or incomplete payout details

The most common reason for rejection is payout details that don't match — a mistyped account number, a name mismatch, or missing information. Reviewers can't approve a request they can't be confident will pay out correctly.

Membership lapsed

If your Orbit Prime membership expired between submitting the request and it being reviewed, the request may be rejected since Prime is required for withdrawals to proceed.

Balance discrepancies

If your withdrawable balance changed between submitting the request and review — for example, coins were spent or a related transaction was reversed — the request may no longer match your current balance and gets rejected as a result.

What to do after a rejection

Check your payout details carefully, confirm your Prime membership is active, and submit a new request. If a rejection doesn't make sense to you, contact support@orbitgroups.online with the request date and amount so it can be looked into.

Frequently asked questions

Do I lose coins if a withdrawal is rejected?
No, rejected requests return the coins to your withdrawable balance so you can correct the issue and try again.
Will I be told why a request was rejected?
Reasons are provided where possible on the Earnings page. If it's unclear, support can give you more detail.
Can I fix and resubmit the same request?
Yes, correct whatever caused the rejection — typically payout details or membership status — and submit a fresh request.
