Understanding the Groups tab on Orbit

The Groups tab is where you discover new communities and jump back into ones you have already joined, and its layout carries more information than it first appears.
Your groups versus discovery
Groups you have already joined are separated from groups you might want to join, usually with your own list appearing first or in its own section so you can get back into a conversation quickly.
Sorting and badges
Groups are generally ordered by recent activity, then size, then creation date. An 'Active' flame badge flags groups with a recent burst of messages, which is often a better signal of a good community than member count alone.
Free versus paid
Paid groups show their coin price and plan, such as weekly or monthly, directly on the card before you tap in. Free groups show no price and let you join instantly.

Creating your own group
A create button on the Groups tab lets you start a new community. Non-premium accounts can own up to three groups; Orbit Premium removes that limit.

- Why do some groups appear higher than others with more members?
- Recent activity is weighted ahead of raw member count, so a smaller active group can outrank a larger quiet one.
- Can I filter the Groups tab by category?
- Yes, you can search or browse by topic to narrow down the list instead of scrolling everything.
- How many groups can I own?
- Up to three without Premium, and an unlimited number with Orbit Premium.
