Common patterns on chat platforms

Watch for messages promising to double or multiply coins if you send them first, 'official Orbit staff' asking for your password or a one-time code, links to lookalike sign-in pages, and urgent countdown-style giveaways that pressure you to act before checking anything.

What Orbit staff will never do

Orbit will never ask for your password, a one-time code, or for you to send coins to another user's account as a condition of a prize, refund or support request. All coin purchases and payouts happen inside the app's own store and Earnings page.

If you're targeted

Don't click the link or send anything. Report the message or the sender's profile, and block them so they can't follow up. If you already clicked a suspicious link and entered your password, change it immediately in Settings and consider it compromised.

If you already lost coins

Report the account involved with as much detail as you have — screenshots, usernames, timing. Coins sent voluntarily to a scammer generally can't be reversed, which is exactly why recognising the pattern before sending anything matters.

Is it safe to buy coins from someone outside the app cheaper?

No — the only legitimate way to buy coins is through the in-app store. Anything else is a scam.

How do I tell a real Orbit link from a fake one?

Check the domain carefully before entering any credentials, and never enter your Orbit password on a page you reached from a chat link rather than typing the address yourself.

Someone messaged claiming to be Orbit support — is that normal?

Real support only happens through the app itself or support@orbitgroups.online, never through unsolicited DMs asking for your password.
