Keeping your Orbit account secure

Use a strong, unique password

Orbit requires at least six characters, but that's a floor, not a target — use a longer password you don't reuse anywhere else. If you signed up with Google, your account security depends on your Google account's security instead.

Watch for phishing

Orbit staff will never ask for your password or a one-time reset code through chat, DM or email. If you get a message like that, it's a scam — don't respond, and report the sender.

Review your sign-in method

If you're unsure whether your password may have been exposed elsewhere, change it in Settings as a precaution. A password change doesn't sign out your other active sessions automatically in every case, so it's worth signing out and back in afterward.

If you think you've been compromised

Change your password immediately from Settings if you can still sign in. If you can't sign in at all, use the password reset link on the sign-in page, then contact support@orbitgroups.online describing what happened, especially if coins have moved without your action.
