Viewing your coin transaction history

Last updated

Every coin movement on your account — buying, spending, earning or being refunded — is recorded and viewable from your wallet, so you never have to guess where a balance change came from.

Where to find it

Open your wallet or profile and look for the transaction history list. Entries are shown newest first, with a short description of what happened, the amount and the coin type involved.

What each entry shows

Every entry states whether it moved free coins or paid coins, or both, plus a plain description such as a group name for entry fees or a store package for purchases. This makes it straightforward to reconcile your history if a balance looks unexpected.

  • Purchases from the coin store
  • Group entry fees paid or received
  • Cosmetics store purchases
  • Referral rewards and giveaway credits
  • Withdrawals and refunds

Using it to track earnings

If you own paid groups, your transaction history is the clearest way to see exactly which members paid, when, and how much of it landed as withdrawable paid coins versus free coins.

If something looks wrong

If you see a transaction you don't recognise, note the date, amount and description exactly as shown, and contact support@orbitgroups.online so it can be checked against server records.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export my transaction history?
The history is viewable in the app; if you need records for a specific purpose such as tax filing on withdrawals, contact support for a summary.
How far back does the history go?
Your full transaction history is retained for as long as your account exists, so you can scroll back to your very first transaction.
Does the history show pending payments?
Only completed transactions are listed. A payment that failed or is still processing on Razorpay's side won't appear until it settles one way or the other.
