Premium & Orbit Prime
Cancelling Orbit Premium or Prime
Last updated
Both Orbit Premium and Orbit Prime are subscriptions you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals rather than ending the membership instantly.
How to cancel
Open your account or membership settings, find the active subscription and choose to cancel. You'll typically be asked to confirm, since cancelling stops future billing.
When it takes effect
Cancelling generally keeps your benefits active until the end of the current billing period you've already paid for, rather than removing them the moment you cancel. After that period ends, the membership isn't renewed.
Effect on Premium perks
Once Premium lapses, the verified tick disappears and the group creation limit of three re-applies. Any groups already created above the limit stay yours; you simply can't create new ones beyond three until you resubscribe.
Effect on Prime and withdrawals
Once Prime lapses, you lose the ability to submit new withdrawal requests. If you have a request already in review when Prime lapses, contact support to check how it's affected.
