Buying coins

Coins are bought from the store and paid for in Indian rupees.
Making a purchase
Open the store, choose a coin package and complete checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Orbit never sees or stores your card details.
When coins arrive
Coins are credited as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Purchased coins are paid coins, so they count towards your withdrawable balance.
If a payment fails
Failed payments are not charged. If money left your account but coins did not arrive, wait a few minutes for the bank to settle, then contact us with the payment reference from your bank or Razorpay email.
Refunds
Coin purchases and group entry are covered by our refund policy, which sets out exactly when a refund applies.
